1. What is SpellMaker? SpellMaker allows the user to enter lists of spelling words. Weekly spelling words, extra challenge words, words that a child often misspells, and words by categories. Any kind of spelling word list can be entered into SpellMaker. Once a spelling list has been created it is saved to a database on your hard drive. Select your spelling list anytime to; print a spelling list, print a practice page, print a word unscramble, print a word find, print flash cards, print a page for writing sentences using the spelling words, or print a test page. Your students or children can log into SpellMaker. They can print the pages or do Online Activities. Online Activities include; practice spelling using the flash card feature, unscramble the spelling words, write sentences using the spelling words, and take an online test. The sentences entered can be printed and saved. The test score can be viewed, and the scored test page can be printed and saved. You as the instructor can access any of your students' or children's tests and sentence pages anytime to view or print.

2. Who can use SpellMaker? Teachers can use this in their classroom for as many children as they want. Homeschooling families can use it with any number of children. Parents can use it to help children learn their weekly spelling words. It can be used for one child or as many children as you wish. An adult should do the administration work. This involves creating the spelling lists by typing the words, entering students or children's names. Each child needs a password so when they take the online test or write the online sentences these pages will be saved properly.

3. How many words are allowed in a spelling list? A spelling list can have 8-40 words.
